Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every EduSignup plan starts with a 14-day free trial. No credit card required to start. Just sign up and publish your first event.
Do parents or families pay anything?
Never. Families always use EduSignup for free. They book conference slots and sign up for events without needing an account or paying anything.
What's the difference between Solo and school plans?
Solo is for a single teacher who signs up independently. You manage your own conferences and signups without a school admin account. School plans add an admin dashboard, teacher management, school-wide reporting, and the ability to clone schedules across all teachers.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Contact us at any time and we'll move you to a different plan and prorate the difference.
Is there a long-term contract?
No. EduSignup bills every 6 months or annually, no long-term commitment either way. You can cancel at any time and your events and data remain accessible until the end of your billing period.
What happens when my trial ends?
Your account, events, and data are preserved. You just need to choose a plan to continue publishing new events and sending automatic reminders to families.
Do you offer district pricing?
